Barney
A recurring 'Returning Character' and presumed major antagonist, first appearing between Shift 2-7 and able to appear up to three times in one shift.
Dr. Harlow
The doctor and the player's supervisor.
Mimic
Disguises itself as a normal patient to be admitted into the hospital, usually showing no anomaly signs until it suddenly says 'I'm hungry…' and transforms — either right after admission, during treatment, or during recovery.
Camera Figure
A black shadowy, cat-like figure with red glowing eyes and crooked teeth that appears only on broken security cameras with roughly a 50% chance.
Ghost
A translucent, floating figure with big black eyes, black tears, and a stitched-up mouth that spawns only after the death of a patient.
Stalker
A tall, black, bunny- or rat-like creature with big eyes and a large toothy smile, similar in appearance to the Hiders.
