Ranged weapon with 20-25 uses before depleted (bullet counter decreases even on a miss). Shooting an anomaly reveals its shapeshifted form and knocks it out temporarily. Shooting an innocent patient/visitor instantly faints them with a death timer. Shooting a lore character (e.g. Ratthew, Ron from Accounting) wastes a bullet with no effect. Shooting an already-treated patient instantly kills them (counts as a patient death). Shooting another player drains both shooter and victim's sanity.

Gun is a ranged combat tool in Animal Hospital (Anomaly) with 20-25 uses before it's depleted — the bullet counter drops even on a miss. Shooting an anomaly reveals its true shapeshifted form and temporarily knocks it out, but the same gun is risky to use carelessly: shooting an innocent patient or visitor instantly faints them with a death timer, shooting an already-treated patient counts as a recorded death, shooting a lore character like Ratthew or Ron from Accounting just wastes a bullet, and shooting another player drains both shooter and victim's sanity.

Tips & Strategy

Only fire on confirmed or strongly suspected anomalies — the penalties for shooting an innocent patient, an already-treated patient, or a lore character are all real, documented downsides.
It's available from Shift 1 onward for 99-360 Robux at check-in or $400-405 in the Supplies Shop, so it's an option even early in a run if you can afford it.
Secret Agent players start with one for free (20-25 uses), removing the upfront cost.
Remember the bullet counter drops even on a miss, so don't spray shots at a target you're not sure about.
